The subscription fee will be billed to the iTunes account. The price of the subscription depends on the plan and the country(due to exchange rate).
Before the transaction completes, the total amount will be displayed.
"かんたんバックアップ　20GBプラン" subscription purchased via In-App Purchase is renewed every month.
Please turn off automatic renewal of the subscription 24 hours prior to the plan expiration date if you do not wish to renew the subscription.
The renewal can be turned off anytime in iTunes account settings.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
